1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

• The design files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed.

• You received the wrong files or license by mistake.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You purchased the wrong item by mistake.

• You no longer need or want the files after download.

• The product was successfully delivered.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email support@nuancedesignlab.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order ID and issue details.
If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
